Refund & Cancellation Policy
Conditions for Returns
1. Damaged/Defective Products:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery in case of a damaged or defective product.
- Any delay in reporting beyond the stipulated time will not be entertained.
2. Unused Products:
- Products must be in unused condition. Used products will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
3. Original Packaging:
- Products should be returned in their original packaging, along with:
- Price tags
- Labels
- Invoices
- Missing items or documentation will void the return eligibility.
4. Secure Packaging:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that return packages are strongly and securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.

Refund Policy
1. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product has been received, inspected, and verified by our team.
- The timeline for refunds is dependent on the mode of payment used during purchase, as outlined below.
2. Refund Timelines:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the customer’s bank account within 15 working days of approval and will reflect in the next billing statement.
- Net Banking Payments: Refunds will be credited directly to the bank account used for payment within 15 working days.
- Other Payment Methods: A refund cheque will be issued in favor of the name provided under billing details at the time of order placement.

Order Cancellations

1. Before Shipment:
- Customers can cancel their order anytime before it is shipped. Full refunds will be issued for prepaid orders in such cases.
2. After Shipment:
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Customers can, however, choose to initiate a return process after receiving the product, following the return conditions mentioned above.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
​
1. Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or tampering caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Products purchased during clearance sales or under special promotions/discounts are not eligible for refunds or cancellations unless damaged or defective.
3. If the return does not comply with the Conditions for Returns mentioned above, the product will be sent back to the customer without refund eligibility.
